We are not contractors. We are not architects. We are your representative on the ground — the professional who shows up to your job site, asks the hard questions, tracks the budget, documents the progress, and reports back to you clearly and consistently.

Jen has called Puerto Rico home for over eight years. What started as a personal move to the island quickly became a deep commitment to the community, the culture, and the people who build and maintain the homes that make this place so special.
Over the years, Jen has built a network that most newcomers spend decades trying to develop. She knows the best contractors, the most reliable tradespeople, the permitting offices, the supply houses, and the architects. More importantly, she knows who delivers and who doesn't — because she's worked alongside them, project after project.
She founded Palm & Stone Co. because she saw a problem she could solve: talented, successful homeowners were investing in beautiful properties in Puerto Rico, but struggling to manage renovations from thousands of miles away. They didn't need a contractor — they needed someone they could trust to be their eyes, ears, and advocate on the ground.
That's what Jen does. She shows up. She asks the hard questions. She holds contractors accountable. She protects your budget, your timeline, and your standards — so you can focus on the vision while she handles the execution.
We bought our place in Aguadilla knowing it needed a full remodel, but we live in Florida and couldn't be there to manage it. Jen stepped in and handled everything — sourcing contractors, managing the timeline, sending us updates every week with photos. She caught things we never would have from 1,000 miles away. We honestly don't know how we would have done it without her.
