Do you work with on-island homeowners too?
Yes. While our services are especially valuable for off-island owners, we work with any homeowner in Puerto Rico who wants professional project oversight.
What size projects do you take on?
We work best on projects with a minimum budget of around $20,000. Our minimum management fee is $4,000, regardless of project size.
Are you a general contractor?
No. Palm & Stone Co. is an owner's representative and renovation project manager. We coordinate and oversee contractors but do not perform construction work ourselves.
How quickly can we get started?
After an initial consultation, we can typically move into a Project Setup Agreement within a few days. Project timelines depend on scope and contractor availability.
