Typically 45–60 minutes.Project Setup Agreement
If we're a good fit, we sign a Project Setup Agreement and you pay the setup fee. This covers all planning work before construction begins.
Setup fee: $2,500 – $5,000.Contractor Sourcing
We identify and vet qualified contractors for each trade your project requires. We review portfolios, check references, and confirm licensing and insurance.
You retain final approval of all contractors.Bid Review
We collect competitive bids and prepare a clear comparison. We explain the differences and provide our professional recommendation.

Construction begins. We coordinate contractors, manage the schedule, conduct site visits, and document progress with photos and written notes.
You receive weekly updates without having to ask.Weekly Updates
Each week you receive a structured report: work completed, work upcoming, budget notes, and any open decisions that require your input.

As the project nears completion, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough. We document all outstanding items and ensure contractors address them before closeout.
